You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including client information, bookings, and travel packages. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and process this data.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services such as SMTP email providers and WhatsApp (via Twilio). We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of these external services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including sending spam, violating laws, infringing rights, or attempting to disrupt the system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
